Verdict: The food quality is excellent, but the prices are rather expensive. I may revisit this restaurant, though perhaps not as frequently as I would like. Environment: + The restaurant has been beautifully renovated. I particularly appreciate the lovely greenery in the center. + The restaurant is spacious and comfy. Service: The service is adequate, and the staff could be more welcoming.

First time trying NakNak and it was SO GOOD. Completely blew the roof of my already high expectations. Chicken was so juicy and filling. Super curious about their burgers now. Staff was kind too

This was a new fast food experience for me, but I loved it and I want to find more NakNak's. The food was great - I really liked the brown fries and the cook was excellent. My wife said the chicken was also excellent. I'm not 100% sure why but we were also given a free sundae, so a great experience

Tried the Mushroom Swiss Cheeseburger and Loaded Bulgogi Beef Fries, and it's so good! Many seatings available and not too crowded, very comfy environment. The staffs are very friendly and kind too Highly recommended to try this one when you drop by!

Very yummy burger, juicy and flavourful. We ordered original and mushroom burger, a plate of fried chicken and fries each. Love the moist in the burger, crispiness of the chicken and freshness of the fries. I will definitely come again next time and highly recommend to come here if u r craving for a yummy burger. Also I have to praise you for your quick respond to look for my lost item at your outlet, and express delivery to my location. You have a quick and responsible customer service. Well done and lots of stars for you.

Today I purposely come to KLIA2 early just to try this out. As the KLIA2 parking will make you come out at the Arrival, so took a while for me to find this place. It's actually just at the Departure level door 1. The store looks very neat and clean, since it's my first time, was needing some time to browse the menu screen, but thankfully a very helpful staff (Charlynn) was there to help me with it. She gave some recommendations, and I went with the Spicy Gochu NakDak Chicken Burger Combo with a Loaded Blgogi Beef Fries + NakDak Soy Garlic Fried Chicken. This burger is a little unique where it uses purple cabbage coleslaw as the topping to the crunchy chicken patty. Charlynn got me extra spicy sauce as I love spicy. The bun is quite soft. I wouldn't say it's very spicy but it's just nice. I enjoyed the burger. I'd put this somewhere between a fastfood burger and a gourmet burger, but a few notch towards the gourmet burger side thanks to the patty. The bun could be better IMHO like a brioche bun. I'd give this a 4/5. The minced beef loaded fries is quite a generous portion and its quite fulfilling on its own. It's good that they use the thin fries so it can be easily coated with sauce, the disadvantage of it is you gotta eat it fast as it will get soft/soggy quickly. I enjoyed this very much too. I give it 4/5. Lastly their boneless fried chicken. This is the one I enjoyed the most for tonight. Portion is generous, love the fact it is boneless. The coating gives a really nice fragrance to it. Koreans makes the best fried chicken. I give this 5/5. I want to give a shoutout to Charlynn for being there. She made things easy for me as a first timer. The store is very nicely renovated, ample seating place, I like the centerpiece where we can sit around a little tree. There's free flow of softdrinks too and they give you really nice stainless steel cup. They also prepared gloves, serviettes, cutlerries, and also a plain water dispenser for those who don't take softdrinks. How thoughtful! If you managed to go wash your hands, you'll notice a very unique tap by Dyson where its a touch free tap and blow drier all in one. Love it! First one I've seen. Do not compare this with a fastfood chain.

honey bun crispy chicken was so good! breakfast price at only 8.9, and they gave large chicken. totally recommend everyone to have their breakfast, price just start from 5.90, i believe nothing cheaper and more delicious than this in klia
